Terms for using our site and ordering.
These terms describe the operation of liberationpeptides.com and purchases from Liberation Peptides. Read them with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Research Use Policy. Questions can be sent to liberationpeptides@gmail.com.
Eligibility and permitted use
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old, be qualified researchers and obtain materials only for lawful laboratory, educational or analytical research. Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption or administration, and are not offered as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, food or clinical diagnostic materials. We do not provide medical advice or dosing guidance. Purchasers are responsible for appropriate facilities, training, handling, storage and compliance with applicable institutional and regulatory requirements.
Product information and documentation
Review the product name, stated quantity and relevant laboratory documentation before ordering. Certificates identify their laboratory, tested sample and lot; contact us with the product and vial lot for order-specific documentation. Research descriptions do not imply approval for clinical use or a guaranteed research outcome. Contact us before purchase if information is unclear.
Prices and order review
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout summary shows applicable discounts, shipping and taxes calculated for the order. Product availability and the ability to fulfill an order are confirmed during processing. An automated order email acknowledges receipt; it does not confirm payment clearance or dispatch. If a pricing, stock or fulfillment error prevents completion, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to a correction or refund the affected unfulfilled items. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
Payment
Use only a payment method offered at checkout or separately confirmed with our team. Zelle and eDebit orders remain subject to receipt and verification of payment. Do not send bank-login credentials or make a transfer based on unexpected payment instructions without confirming them with our support address.
Coupon ZELLE provides 5% off eligible product totals when Zelle is the selected payment method. Shipping and tax are excluded, the coupon can combine with an issued 15% welcome code, but not other coupons. Welcome codes are for a confirmed subscriber’s first order, are restricted to that email, expire 30 days after confirmation, and allow one use. The two percentage discounts apply sequentially, for 19.25% off eligible product totals. AFFILIATE gives 10% off eligible product totals and cannot combine with other coupons, and changing payment methods removes the discount. “For the people!” is the message associated with this offer. Payment must still be received and confirmed before fulfillment.
Shipping and international requests
Normal processing is 1–3 business days after confirmed payment, subject to availability. Standard US shipping is $11, with free standard shipping at a qualifying $150 product subtotal after other discounts and before the Zelle discount. The 5% Zelle coupon preserves free shipping when it brings an otherwise qualifying subtotal below $150. International and bulk shipping are arranged by quote before payment. Destination restrictions, duties and carrier transit details are described in the Shipping Policy. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated processing window, we will request your agreement to the revised timing or offer cancellation and a refund for unshipped items.
Cancellations, returns and issues
Request cancellation or a change within two hours of ordering; later changes may be unavailable once fulfillment begins. Unused, unopened and sealed products in original packaging may be submitted for return approval within 30 days of delivery. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within seven days with your order number and relevant photos. Obtain return instructions before sending materials. The Returns & Refunds policy gives the full process and any applicable postage or refund timing. These procedures do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Wholesale pricing
The Wholesale/Bulk Orders page shows 10 identical units for 8 times the standard unit price, alongside the standard 10-unit total. Bulk purchases are arranged by inquiry, with availability, final pricing and shipping confirmed by our team. The retail cart does not automatically apply this quantity price. Any additional discount or combination with another offer must be agreed in the quote.
Accounts, privacy and responsible use
Keep your account information accurate and protect your login. Notify us of suspected unauthorized activity. Do not misuse the site, interfere with other customers, attempt unauthorized access, submit deceptive information or use the store to facilitate prohibited product use. We may decline or suspend activity that violates these terms, applicable requirements or the Research Use Policy; unfulfilled paid items will be addressed through cancellation and refund as appropriate. Affiliate program
Affiliate applications are reviewed individually. Approved affiliates start at 10% of eligible referred product sales after discounts, excluding tax, shipping, cancelled orders and refunded amounts. Higher rates depend on separately agreed reviews of referred sales and new customers. Attribution and payout arrangements are confirmed before participation. Affiliates must disclose their relationship and use approved, research-focused information without human-use, treatment, health or dosing claims.
Changes, questions and complaints
We may revise these terms prospectively and display the updated date. A later revision does not retroactively change an already agreed order. Contact liberationpeptides@gmail.com for support, a complaint or a report of compound misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
