What happens if something is wrong with your order.

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Returns, No Refunds policy to maintain the integrity of our products. However, in the rare event of a shipping error, we do provide limited exceptions. If there is an issue with your order, please contact liberationpeptides@gmail.com with your order number and issue.

Returns are accepted only if the incorrect item was shipped to you due to our mistake. The item must be returned in its original, unopened, and sealed condition. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return or replacement, even in the case of an incorrect shipment.
