Who can order from Liberation Peptides?
We sell exclusively to verified research institutions and qualified professionals conducting legitimate research. All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older, and we may request proof of age or institutional affiliation at any point during the order process.
Are your products safe for human or veterinary use?
No. Every product on this site is strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, or application under any circumstances, and they must not be used for clinical or diagnostic purposes.
Are your peptides tested?
Yes. Every product is manufactured in the United States and third-party lab tested for purity and identity, at 99%+ purity. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request - just email us with the product name and your order number.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of confirmed payment, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
Is shipping free? How is it packaged?
Shipping is free on all orders over $150. Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no product branding on the outside.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and any other methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor, and all prices are in USD. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled, so please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because of the nature of these products we keep a strict no returns, no refunds policy. The one exception is our own shipping error: if the wrong item was sent, contact us with your order number and we will make it right. The item must be unopened and in its original sealed condition.
